This summer, we're starting a pilot series of free Health & Wellbeing events.

These events will present an opportunity for you to experience the Gallery’s environments and collection as a place of respite. Using art as an anchor for reflection, we aim to provide a safe space in which people can step back from daily life and experience new things. This pilot series of events will include Yoga at the Gallery, Slow Art tours, Mindfulness tours, and Sound Baths at the Gallery.

We are delighted to offer this series of events free of charge, however participants will be asked to complete a short survey at the beginning and end of each event. Places are limited on the Yoga and Sound Bath sessions, so will need to be booked in advance.
