Explore the collection with your baby through sensory play.
Join artist Marian Balfe to explore the colours and textures of Rachel Ruysch’s Vase of Flowers with an Ear of Corn through sensory play and creativity. This workshop will take place in the Courtyard.
These workshops are for babies and their grown-ups, and are repeated at 12pm and 2pm to suit your routine. They are a fun and relaxing way for your babies to socialise and to explore new colours, textures and sounds as well as getting comfortable in the National Gallery!
Tickets are available to book online from the Tuesday before each workshop.
Tickets are €12 per place (this covers one baby and their carer/s). They are designed for babies from birth to not yet walking. A waiting list will be in operation in case there are any cancellations.
Please note: Our baby workshops are very popular and book out quickly. If you miss out, why not drop into one of our weekly family workshops instead? These free, fun-filled workshops take place every Sunday from 11.30am to 1.30pm. No booking required - all welcome!
