Come celebrate sunny days with us at the Gallery!

This July, join us for a free, drop-in outdoor drawing activity for all ages, skill levels and abilities. The event will take place at the Merrion Square entrance every Thursday in July (weather permitting). Whether you're a practicing artist or just coming to drawing for the first time, everyone is welcome to drop by, sketch, chat and enjoy the creative experience. Be inspired by the stunning surroundings - from the elegant architecture of the Gallery itself, to the Georgian splendour of Merrion Square, and the striking bronze statue of William Dargan by renowned Irish sculptor Thomas Farrell R.H.A.

  • No booking is needed, and all materials are provided.
  • Entrance to the Gallery is free so after you have spent some time sketching, why not head inside and experience our world class collection!
