
We're delighted to announce the return of Thursday Lates for the duration of our new exhibition, Turner: The Sun is God.
Every Thursday evening, visitors can avail of €5 tickets to see this magnificent display of almost 90 works from Tate’s impressive collection, on show in Ireland for the first time. The Gallery Café and Gallery Shop will be open for food, drink and retail therapy every Thursday night, too, and in addition, we’re excited to present a new three-part monthly series of free music, art, craft and design evening events, funded by the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media in support of the Night-Time Economy.

Thursday 1 December from 4.30pm
To kick off the festive season, we’ll be hosting an evening of music at the Gallery. Specially created tours will take place from 4.30pm onwards exploring music in the national collection. We'll host a free concert by award-winning pianist Máire Carroll in the beautiful surrounds of our iconic Shaw Room, which will include the public premiere of a new composition.
