Hilma af Klint and the Spirit World, with Jennifer Higgie

24 November 13.30 - 14.30

Location

Friends Tickets €8, Public Tickets €12. Booking required.

Join writer Jennifer Higgie for this talk presented by the Friends of the National Gallery of Ireland in association with our exhibition Hilma af Klint: Artist and Visionary.

Higgie, the author of The Other Side: A Story of Women, Art and the Spirit World, will discuss how spiritualism inspired the work of Hilma af Klint and numerous other artists in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. While the individual work of these artists is unique, they loosely shared the same goal: to communicate with and learn from other dimensions.
