All events are free and there is a 10% discount on all purchases in the Gallery Shop.
'Put yourself in the Picture’:
Come and have your picture taken in a life-size replica of one of our master paintings from the National Gallery’s collection.
Paintings come to Life!:
Look out for characters from some of our favourite paintings. Pick up a worksheet, and see if you can spot: Doňa Antonia Zarate; the Earl of Bellamont; the white Nun; Metsu’s ladies; Julie Bonaparte or Lady Caroline Crichton.
Film Screening: ‘Vermeer, the Art of Painting’ in the Lecture Theatre.

Family Workshop - ‘Happy Birthday National Gallery!’: Elaine Leader will give a workshop in the Millennium Wing Studio, Level 1. There will be large sheets of paper on the floor for children to draw on.
