The Yeats collection comprises works and material relating to Jack B. Yeats. In addition, the collection holds material relating to members of the artist’s family; his father John Butler Yeats, sisters Elizabeth Corbet Yeats and Susan Mary Yeats, niece Anne Yeats and cousin Ruth Pollexfen.

The Yeats Archive, donated to the National Gallery by Anne Yeats in 1996, provides an invaluable adjunct to the artworks in the collection. The Archive provides insights into the creative life of the artist.

A number of works by Jack B. Yeats are currently on display in the Millennium Wing as part of the presentation, Masterpieces from the Collection.
