A conversation with artist Willie Doherty

Facilitated by Donal Maguire, curator of Shaping Ireland: Landscapes in Irish Art, this event will consider Doherty’s practice, and explore the concepts, methods and media he uses to address the landscape.

We are delighted to collaborate with Trinity College Dublin on their major international conference Art in the Anthropocene (7-9 June), with this special event featuring one of Ireland’s most prominent contemporary artists. The conference is organised by TCD School for Creative Arts in collaboration with the Trinity Centre for Environmental Humanities, and the Science Gallery’s exhibition PLASTIC.
