Sensory-Friendly Family Workshop: Textures in the Landscape
Gallery forecourt, Merrion Square entrance
This workshop is now fully booked.
Our sensory-friendly workshops for children aim to provide a positive museum experience for those who struggle with their sensory environments, such as autistic children.
In adherence with our current health and safety protocols, this month’s workshops are single-family events and will take place outdoors. The session will last 40 minutes.
Taught by experienced facilitators, this workshop is inspired by the Gallery's collection of landscapes. The range of textures that will be explored during our practical session will include grass, foliage, bark, gravel and clay.
Please note: This event is planned in accordance with current Government health and safety guidelines. The participating family will be notified of any changes in advance.
