Join hosts Blanca Valencia and Santina Kennedy for Plates & Palettes, an immersive culinary experience where four iconic Irish paintings from the National Gallery of Ireland come to life through the lens of food and drink.

Step into the artworks as we explore their stories across centuries, social classes, and hospitality customs. Journey from a cosy cabin in remote Connemara to a gentleman’s club in the Dublin mountains, to the bustling Bailey on Duke Street, and through the chaos of Dublin’s notorious Donnybrook Fair. Following the tour, guests will be seated at four distinct table settings and will sample food and drinks inspired by the artwork, made with modern Irish artisan produce.
