An online reading group in association with our summer exhibition New Perspectives. Acquisitions 2011-2020.

Join us for this online reading group as we explore the work of visual artists Ruth E. Lyons and Dorothy Cross through the essay Through Prehistoric Eyes by writer, artist and cartographer Tim Robinson. This essay is from Robinson’s book Setting Foot on the Shores of Connemara & Other Writings (1984).

This is a discursive session to reflect and unpack key ideas embodied in Cross' and Lyons’ practices including landscape and deep time.

A scan of the text will be provided to ticketholders in advance. You do not have to read the text to join the discussion.

This event will be delivered online via ZOOM. A link will be sent to ticketholders in advance.
