Develop Your Drawing Potential : The 2014 series of drawing classes provide a comprehensive introduction to the techniques of drawing. The main focus of the Winter series is 'Drawing portraits and figure studies'. Course participants will ave the opportunity to make studies of works of art, from the life model, and from the Gallery’s architectural environment under the guidance of professional artists.

Winter Drawing Classes 2014: Drawing Portraits and Figure Studies
Saturday morning classes with professional artists. Numbers limited to 12 per class.

Course Information
Folding stools and drawing boards will be provided. Meeting point for all courses is the Atrium. Participants should bring their own equipment. See guidelines as follows:
- A3 or A4 spiral bound sketchbooks.
- 2B-6B pencils and coloured pencils.
- Black Conte crayon, putty rubber.
- Compressed charcoal, graphite.
- Canson or heavy cartridge paper.
- Masking tape, Pritt stick, fine sandpaper, ruler.
