National Gallery of Ireland Library & Archives Open Day
Saturday 30th August, 10am – 5pm
Admission: Free

As part of the Gallery's Heritage Week celebrations, members of the Gallery's library and archive staff will be on hand throughout the day to provide information on the work we do and the resources and services we provide, as well as to show highlights from the special collections not normally seen by the general public.

As well as this the Library & Archives are seeking to gather as much information as possible to enrich our knowledge of the gallery. We are looking for people to come to us on our open day with stories, archives and photographs that relate to the gallery and those who have worked and interacted with the institution over its extensive history.  In some cases we may seek to record information or copy items.
